Synopsis

Senelia, for having the powers of a Chloracaen Thorn, is puppeted by the paranoid Emperor Clifford in exchange for her life. To thwart the plot of the original novel and avoid his fated demise, Emperor Clifford forces Senelia to usurp the original female lead as the male lead's lover. As a plant, Senelia is to weaken him so that he cannot challenge Clifford's throne. But Senelia falls for the man, Veneruccia, whom she's meant to undo. Can Senelia's love, built on a foundation of fear, survive?
