Synopsis

Han Tae-oh's return to Korea was supposed to be a brief, somber visit to bury his father. Instead, he finds himself trapped in a web of suspicion centered on Yun Gyeongseo, the man who stayed behind to serve his family while Tae-oh was away. Gossip whispers of Gyeongseo's involvement in his father's decline, and the more Tae-oh investigates, the less he recognizes his former first love. Within the walls of the sprawling mansion, Tae-oh begins to piece together a fragmented past, uncovering a cycle of revenge that has been decades in the making. Every truth he unearths brings him closer to a terrifying realization: the person he wants to trust most may be the one who has everything to lose.
