About
The second youngest Higashikata sibling and arguably the most spoiled. His typical disrespectful, selfish behavior is subdued with his older brother Joubin, whom he admires and seeks the approval of. He also gets into petty arguments with older sister Hato.
Joushuu first meets Jousuke when he emerges from the earth near the Wall Eyes of Morioh before he's adopted into the Higashikata family, interrupting Joushuu’s comfortable lifestyle. Joushuu's hostility towards Jousuke is fuled by the twisted romantic feelings he harbors for his childhood friend and crush, Yasuho, who constantly declines his advances and prefers Josuke.
Surprisingly, Joushuu is a university student majoring in sociology. He has a fear of flying in a plane and doesn’t believe in god either.
